Here we go, now the wine (which was started on day 20) is in secondary fermentation. Here, the yeast finishes the final bits of what it started almost two weeks ago. Once it’s done, then the clarification steps can commence.

Better shot of just the moon this time. In hindsight, I should either have done a longer exposure, or gone one f-stop lower. It’s still a good shot, but I had hoped it would have come out a little bit brighter…

Also known as ‘The Perpetual Beer Machine’, this is how I have my homebrew setup for home use. It holds two 5gal soda kegs, so I can have two full batches hooked up at any time.
